BACKEND MANAGER (m/w/D)

As a Backend Manager in our agency, you should:
‍- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an English proficiency of at least C1/C2 level
- Possess qualities like reliability, loyalty, and proactivity
- Own at least a working laptop

Your working hours are as follows:
- At least 6 days/week  
- 7 days/week preferred  
- Initially, an average of 3 hours/day  
- After full onboarding, up to 8 hours/day
