SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (m/F/D)

As a Social Media Manager in our agency, you should:
‍- be already experienced in Social Media Management (experience in managing commercial accounts on Instagram, Tiktok etc. prefered)
- Have an English proficiency of at least C1 level
- Possess qualities like reliability and proactivity
- Own at least a working laptop and an iPhone

Your working hours are as follows:
- at least 5 days/week 
- weekend availability through messages
- After full onboarding, averaging around 8 hours/day

Your tasks:
- Plan, implement, and optimize social media content strategies
-Traffic management (increase reach & subscriptions)
- Communication with clients & internal teams
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly reports
- Create and manage content calendars
- Content quality control

Your compensation will be:
- fixed salary and additional bonus system based on your results
- realistically 3.000 - 4.000 Euro after 3-6 months (after taxes)
